Abstract: This study examines how being
left out at work influences people sharing information in a
well-known Pakistani company. People have tried to find out
how experiences of being left out affect employees' ability
to share knowledge and work together, even when their work
environment is challenging. This study focuses on the
selected employees of Mobex mobile accessories in Pakistan
from departments like HR, Archive, and Administration. We
picked roughly 55 individuals to participate in the sample so
that the view would represent all the offices and
departments. The study found that Organizational Culture,
Leadership Style, and Team Dynamics are all good signs of
Knowledge Sharing at Mobex mobile accessories. These factors
fit the model well and have strong R Square values.
